BELFAST MELA

Belfast Faith Trail

Have a Little Faith!

Discover Belfast through the stories, traditions, and communities that shape our city.

Step beyond the familiar and explore Belfast from a new perspective on this unique guided heritage tour celebrating the city’s diverse faith and belief communities.

Travelling across Belfast, you’ll visit a series of significant places of worship and community spaces, where you’ll hear stories of migration, identity, tradition, and belonging. Along the way you’ll meet representatives from local faith communities, discover their contribution to Belfast’s cultural life, and explore how shared values connect us across different beliefs and backgrounds. The tour visits the Belfast Synagogue, Hindu Temple, the Sikh Gurdwara, the Mosque, Clonard Monastery and the St Johns Newtownbreda Presbyterian Church.

Accompanied by immersive creative content, community voices, and opportunities for reflection, the Belfast Faith Trail offers a welcoming space to learn, ask questions, and experience the rich diversity that makes Belfast the city it is today.

Whether you have a faith, follow a different belief, or none at all, this tour invites everyone to explore with curiosity, openness, and respect.
