Sweet Dreams is an immersive storytelling experience tailor made for early years children ages 2-4 years. Participants go on an adventure to help a very tired little boy called Roo, who is having trouble falling asleep. Using storytelling to translate mindfulness tools in a magical child centred language including, child-appropriate yoga poses and breathing techniques, Roo finally finds his sweet dreams with a little help from his friends!

Fi Flo Hoops
Hula Hooping is becoming one of the most popular fitness crazes in the UK, and it's not as hard as it looks! It has also been proven to reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure and have a positive impact on your mood and overall energy. In this fun workshop you will learn the basics of spinning an adult hoop around your waist and on your hands. We will also explore movement with the hoop and learn a choreographed hoop dance together.
Family Arts & Crafts
Using pastels, crayons and markers we will colour a square of paper with our own patterns and marks. Then with a little bit of folding and the magic of a fastener, we will transform our paper into a beautiful pinwheel for you to take home and play with. It will be a lovely reminder of your day.
