To make sure you have the best possible festival experience we have compiled a few handy hints and tips to assist you. 

Do I have to pay for this year's festival?

Yes, there are ticketed events at varying prices. Some events are free, for example Mela Carnival. Check the book tickets page for individual events.

Are there any Covid 19 restrictions at the events?

Whilst all legal restrictions are now relaxed we will still be advising audiences to stay safe during the festival. We do not require proof of vaccination or a negative test.

Do I need a ticket to attend events?

The majority of events in the programme will require a ticket. Please refer to the individual event listing for booking information.

Can I get a refund to an event if I change my mind?

If you change your mind you can get a refund up to 30 days prior to the event. After this refunds are only issued in the event of cancellation.

I can no longer attend a free event, what do I do?

Please cancel your booking via Eventbrite so that the ticket can be re-allocated to another person.

I have special access requirements, what do I do?

Do you make profit from the Mela?

No, we are a not for profit charity, all ticket income goes towards our charitable aims and objectives.
