In this special edition of our roaming supper club hosted by Holohans, we invite you to gather around the table for a rich and soulful dining experience inspired by Tunisia’s diverse culinary landscape. From the sun-drenched coastlines of the Mediterranean to the spice-laden alleys of the souk, every dish tells a story.
Enjoy a lovingly prepared multi-course meal from Cathargo Head Chef Sabeh Cyndi, showcasing the vibrant flavours of Tunisian cooking—think harissa-scented stews, delicately spiced couscous, caramelised vegetables, preserved lemon, and sweet North African pastries.
Between bites, we’ll explore the cultural threads that run through each dish: Berber roots, Arab-Andalusian influence, French colonial echoes, and deep ties to the Mediterranean and the Maghreb.
