A Culinary Cultural Experience

An exciting addition to the bill of this year’s Mela is a global cookery theatre which will involve cookery demonstrations from around the world featuring celebrity and local chefs and restaurants.

Manju Malhi is the author of several cookbooks on easy cuisine including the critically acclaimed ‘BritSpice’. She appears on television promoting the idea of using accessible ingredients for simple dishes with a touch of spice. Currently her 40 episode series for NDTV Goodtimes finds her creating western recipes for 80 million viewers across Asia, the Middle East and South Africa.
