Join us for truly unique three course dining experience as we take you on a voyage of culinary discovery through the Silk Road.
We’ve teamed up with the Banana Block to deliver our fourth Silk Road Supper Club. Explore an ancient network of trading routes that stretches through the ages and across half the world, from China in the east to Persia and on to the Mediterranean in the west.
Inspired by recipes and cooking stories from our local asylum seeker and refugee community with performance and conversation, bringing together traditional sights, sounds and smells of Asia in an exciting contemporary fusion.
The evening will include:
- A three course dining experience with welcome drinks and nibbles. Full menu will be released 2 weeks before event.
- Conversation with people from our newer communities who inspired the menu
- Full vegetarian options
