Gentle Yoga for Grown-ups
11.00am – 12.00noon
Come and experience a gentle yoga practice at this Mela Wellness Day in (Location). The session combines yoga poses, sequences and mindful movement. The practice is suitable for most levels of mobility and may be practiced seated on a chair if this is more comfortable you. Please bring your own mat.
Kids Wellbeing & Mindfulness Activities
12.30pm – 1.30pm
Session of mindfulness fun for children and their grown-ups. Come and learn some mindfulness activities, which you can practice with your children at home to support their mental health and general wellbeing. You’ll have the bonus of getting to relax too.
Sound Healing Spa – Relaxation session for all ages
2.00pm – 2.40pm
Enjoy a relaxation experience while listening to the sounds of singing bowls, gongs, drums and other instruments, This session will be guided by a Sound Healing Spa relaxation facilitator. Mats will be provided. Bring a blanket and pillow for your comfort.
