This playful, inclusive class incorporates breathwork, creative movement, poses, partner games and mindful relaxation.
As a yoga instructor Zoe is passionate about making yoga accessible to all, from young children to older adults, on the mat or in a chair. Her background is in Fine Art (MA Honors) and she often incorporates sensory based crafts / art activities to explore yogic philosophy, breathwork or mindfulness themes. Class will conclude with an art activity to explore the chosen theme.
