Created by TONIC Health & Wellness, experience an globally-inspired area of calm admist all the bustle with a range of free workshops and sessions running throughout the Mela week in different locations across the city.
Claire and Mary teach different styles of yoga to all ages and all bodies. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a regular practitioner, you’re invited to join them for some heart-centred yoga in the park. Bring a mat or towel, some water, and wear comfortable clothing (layers if it’s cold and feel free to bring a blanket). You work at your level and only do what feels comfortable.
